Lovely Heart Card

hi again,
today I have a card that I cased from another SU demo in the US. I really love it. I changed it a little but why change something you love, hey.
Unfortunatley Sylvia does not want anyone to CASE (copy and share everything) her cards and has asked me to take it down. I will do this as I dont like to upset anyone.
Thank you for all your comments and support.

I have made this for an engagement card. I love this rose from You are Loved.

This is a nice card Andrea. I like the way that you have linked to your source of inspiration. I know I am always flattered when people CASE (Copy and Shared Everything) my cards. One of the things I love most about Stampin' Up!- especially here in Australia is the way we inspire each other and share what we love!

Beautiful card Andrea. How gracious of you to give credit back to the original creator. Like Miriam I'm always flattered when someone CASES my work. Well done girlfriend!

Your version is just perfect, Andrea! And you added your own spin with stamping the inside - love that!

This is a lovely card Andrea and I'm sure the recipients will love it. I love people who case my work, as you have cased Sylvia's. It's the highest form of compliment and in no way breeches copyright

Gorgeous card Andrea!! as is the original.

Quite often with a new set I will search the internet for inspiration, CASE a couple cards and then create my own. I feel if you have linked back to the original creator of the idea/layout then you are fine as you are not claiming it as your own. You have changed it up a bit and added your own spin - you have done the right thing.

Lovely as always

This is a lovely card. Isn't it a lovely feeling that MOST of us are all happy to share our wonderful ideas. To have someone CASE one of my cards always gives me a thrill. Sadly the minority feel threatened when someone CASES their cards, like they were going to make a million dollars from that one design. You have done a lovely job with your own inspiration to it....I love it! Might have to CASE it from you if you dont mind....

Lovely card - might have to CASE it myself *wink*

It's a pity this woman even shared here idea in the first place. I love what you have done and it is the first time I have heard of anything like it. I'm sure the recipients will love it.

OMG! I didn't realise when I left my first comment that 'Sylvia' had taken offence at you CASING (and that's what you've done - not copied) I'd not noticed her venomous remarks here. Andrea your card is lovely. Personally I think that the changes you've made are vast improvements on the original design. I've taken a look at Sylvia's card and in no way have you breached any copyright law. I think you should leave YOUR card posted to YOUR blog. Had you not linked the post back to Sylvia's blog she would not have ever know about your card. Makes one wonder about doing the right thing really.

I think you've done a lovely job Andrea - like some other ladies have mentioned, I always think of it as a massive compliment that someone thinks I've done a nice enough job that they would want to CASE it.

Andrea I love your card, it is stunning.
I agree with all the girls you have done the right thing and it's always an hour when someone cases your work. I am going to pin this card in my case file.

Andrea, thanks for loving what you do and sharing what you love, even if your kind heart and unwillingness to cause a fuss means that you took your lovely card down from your blog. It's a shame some others don't seem able to share as graciously.

Lots of love and hugs to you xo
