One more card for the week. This card is one that Nicki Turner taught us at our last team get together. Its a great technique where you punch out and glue the baubles to the card before embossing it with the Petals a Plenty embossing folder. I love the effect. Thanks Nicki for showing us this great card.
Have a great weekend.

Welcome to my stop on the Stampin' Up! Punches blog hop. You may be just starting here or you may have arrived from Angie's blog.
A week or so ago I showed you a card that my good friend Lee-Anne designed. I needed to make a card for a swap and one for today using the scallop trim punch. I used her colours and basic sketch and made a new card using the ovals die. I really like the end result. The colours are Vanilla, Crumb cake, Baja breeze and Early Espresso. I used Sanded for the background. The leaves are Pear Pizzazz.
Then of course you need a box for the candle so I measured up the candle and made a box to fit. I used the scallop trim border punch for around the lid edge and then used the scallop trim corner punch and the border one to make the black square on the top of the box. I sprayed the square with my homemade shimmer mist made with frost white shimmer paint and rubbing alcohol. I made the little razzleberry roses and added a few rhinestones. Of course there are more punches used on my box with the word window, modern label and 2 step bird punch. I hope my Secret Sister likes it.
Now you can hop on over to Steph's blog for some more punched inspiration. Incase you get lost on the way here is a list of all the blogs to visit.

Bird Punch cards
The week is going by fast and here we are and its Thursday already. Last Thursday I taught the ladies at LBC some cards using the 2 step bird punch. They also were cased so here they are. 2 of these cards I found on SCS and surfing the net. I know the first one is a Lynn Pratt card but not sure about the silhouette one as there are a few like this around. The rose bud card is one I made up as I went along. If you have this punch you will find that it is so versatile and you can make so many different cards with it.
thanks again for checking out my blog.

Curly Cute
hello, I hope your week is going well. This week I am on the CASE so here are some cards I have found that I love. Sandi MacIver is a favourite of mine. Her wonderful cards got me inspired to ink up my new set Curly Cute. I used the music notes wheel and the roses are from Fifth Avenue Floral. The 4th card I added some rose buds I made using the bird punch. I had fun making these and now have some cards ready to send out.

Crazy for Cupcakes Invite
Hi there, How has your week going? Hopefully it has been a good one for you. Today I have an invitation to show you. I helped a friend from church to make some invitations for an afternoon tea for volunteers. I have been waiting for them to be sent out before showing you. We used Gable Green so I can use up some of my retired card stock. Pretty in Pink goes well with it and we were pleased with the finished result. I cased some cards this week so will photograph them tomorrow so I can show you.

Just Believe
Hi there, wow its been over a week since I posted anything. I did take some photos the other night ready to show you some cards and then got too tired and went to bed. I seem to be wanting to go to bed at 8.30PM these days. Anyway I will show you a card that we made at my team day. This one was made by Lee-Anne with a set that I have been really itching to use. I gave it to Lee-Anne and asked if she could make her shoebox swap with it. I really love the card. Its a crumb cake card base with choc chip and baja breeze. Such a lovely card. I now need to spend some time and make a few more cards with this set.
thanks for stopping by. I will make an effort to post every day for awhile.

Pop Up Owls
Hi there, I hope you had a good weekend. I really enjoyed World Card Making Day on Saturday as I had my team get together here and we made lots of cards. Everyone took part in a shoebox swap and I made the 3 cards I have shown you over the past few days. After everyone went home I actually still had the need to make one more card and this is what I made. I got the idea from darlenedesign.com and changed it from party hats to balloons as I don't have a party hat stamp. I have a great niece and nephew having their birthdays this month so thought this would make a good kids card.
I'm having a very quiet day today. Half the day is gone and Ive done very little but then you need days like that occasionally. I hope your week will be a good one.

The stamp set is Growing Green and I have used watercolour paper and also the 2 background pieces are stamped with En Francais. The colours are Marina Mist and Crumb Cake and Garden Green.
I hope you like it.
