Cased DSP strips card

Hello again, I hope your week has been going well. I am on a roll with posting cards this week. This is the last one for now as I am going away on a photographic weekend. I am looking forward to going on an organised camera club outing in Geraldton. I will have lots of photos to post on my Shutter Bug Andrea blog
Anyway today's card is also a Cased card. I received this lovely card from Amanda from my demo group. I didn't have any Calypso Coral so I used Pool Party. It is a great way to use up strips of DSP. The DSP is Attic Boutique from the last mini.

Growing Green

Today's card is one I designed when Growing Green first came out. I redid it this week using the retiring embossing folder Finial Press. I love Growing Green and is another stamp set I will miss.

The water colour is done on water colour paper for this card.

Hi again, 
 as promised here is another card we made on Saturday. I have cased these cards from Marelle Taylor. This is a card that she made years ago and I had saved it on my computer so decided to case it.

Retiring Stamps.

Last Saturday I had a retiring cards day here and we made 5 cards. This is one that I designed using 3 retiring items. The background French Filigree and the rose from Fifth Ave Floral and also the standard wheel Decor. I do love the rose so will miss having it to play with. I also taught a new technique that I learnt from SCS last week and that is water stamping. I used it on the background with Pear Pizzazz ink. The red is Poppy Parade which is also retiring. Actually everything on the card is retiring.

We had an enjoyable day. I will pop back in the next few days with more cards. 
   

Vintage Vogue Triple Layer Card

Hello again, 

I am having a card day using retiring stamp sets. It is on this Saturday and I have places left if you would like to join me. One of the cards we will be making is this triple layer card that I have designed using Vintage Vogue.
