ESAD Holiday Catalogue Blog Hop

hello again,
Its time for another blog hop brought to you by the demonstrators from ESAD. You may have just hopped from the talented Rebecca Scurr's blog or if you have started here then hop on round to see all the wonderful designs.

 “What is ESAD?
ESAD stands for "Extra Special Australasian Demonstrators" and is a Facebook group just for Australian and New Zealand Independent Stampin' Up! demonstrators.
We love what we do & love to share with our customers, friends and blog visitors. We also share what we love in our ESAD Demonstrator community, through swaps, challenges, sharing knowledge, ideas& friendship and we're always there to help and support each other.
So if you are a Stampin' Up! demonstrator located in Australia or New Zealand then please feel free to leave me a comment with your email address then I'll contact you with information on how to join our group.”

Today we are showcasing the new products in the Holiday Catalogue that started on September 1st and is available until January 4th.

I never stick to just one stamp set so I will continue in that way and show a few of my favourites.
These first 2 are using the set All Ye Faithful. I enjoyed colouring these and made the stable using the Hardwood background stamp. The trees in the background are from Wonderland.

I have been lucky enough to make some samples using my friends order so have had access to so much more that I would have. The trouble is once you have had a play with the stamp set you then feel that you need to have it too.
This one is Your Presents and it can be used for both birthdays and Christmas. It is a set that is made especially for the technique "Kissing" I have cut out the presents and stacked them for a birthday card.

With this card I have used the holly from Embellished Ornaments and the greeting. The Background is sponged using one of the stencils.

Another set that I didnt think I needed is Reason for the Season with the coordinating punch but am now thinking that I would like it. This first card is cased from the catalogue and coloured in Real Red.

I used the Softly Falling embossing Folder on this next card and also the Christmas Greeting Thinlets and Holly Jolly Greetings set.

That will do for today as you have plenty more wonderful projects to hop around and see. Thank you for stopping by. Next on the hop is Rochelle Blok

I couldn't make up my mind which stamp set to focus on so decided to use 3 different ones today. I am loving Awesomely Artistic and have used a layout I found on Pinterest and changed the DSP and colour. I love the new text DSP this year.

Of course I have been colouring the flower from You've Got This and cutting it out ready to use on cards. The following 2 cards I have used this flower. The 1st one is a CASE once again changing colours. I have used the new Watermelon Wonder to colour both flowers.

Build a Birthday is a great set to create all kinds of cards with. I have chosen to use the strips as candles for this card but there are so many ideas out there on the web for you to get inspiration from. the DSP is from Cherry on Top DSP stack.

The inside of the card. I punched a circle out from the fron piece of DSP and used it in the inside.

now its time to go to see what Narelle has to show you today

The colours used are new "In Colours" Cucumber Crush and Watermelon Wonder.

This card I have used Old Olive and Early Espresso for a change.

You will see so many more ideas for this set that it will be worth getting and showing support for Ronald McDonald House.

Cheerful Critters

We have a long weekend here in Western Australia so that will give Graham time to build the new Ikea Laundry and start on our walk in Robe.

Today's cards are made using the set Cheerful Critters. I haven't bought this set but borrowed it from another friend and played with it. I actually think it is cute now that I have made some cards with it. I may even get it later in the year.

I'll be back later in the week with some more cards I hope.
take care

Hey Valentine

Wow Friday already. The week sure has flown. I borrowed the stamp set Hey Valentine from my friend. I had fun colouring the little pirate and the fish also.I used a piece of paper from the Adventure Bound designer paper stack from the Occasions catalogue. I cut the circle for the second card out of the front piece on the first card. I got both cards and the strips in the centre out of the one piece.

I cut the words off the pirate and used it for a birthday card. Once again I have used the Irresistibly Yours DSP and brayered it with Pacific Point.

Have a good weekend

Indescribable Gift

hi there,
I have been busy with the renovation. We have painted all through the main living areas and had the floors ground and tiles laid. it looks so good. Today I have been washing down furniture that got all dusty while outside so we can bring the furniture back in.

Andrea Buckland's photo.

Anyway back to cards. I so love colouring the blossom branch from the Easter set Indescribable Gift. While the Big Bash cricket was on I kept my hands busy colouring stamped images while I watched, or more listened each night with Graham. I now have a container full of coloured stamped items ready to put on cards. Anyway here is a couple of cards made with it.

I used the Irresistibly Yours DSP from SAB and coloured it to match the Calypso Coral card stock.

I really love the new Spring Flowers embossing folder and have used it here and also cut around the buds that poked out from my oval cut.

thank you for stopping by and I will have some more cards for you tomorrow.

A Happy Thing

Hi there,

I love lemons. They are so good in cooking and makes a glass of water taste wonderful with a few slices in. I have a tree in my back yard.

When I saw the set A Happy Thing in the Sale-a-bration catalogue this year I had to have it. The stamp only has one lemon but with some masking you can add as many as you like, I also love the bird and have used it by cutting it out and adding to a floral stamp or just on its own like on the calendars. Blendabilities make colouring it so easy.

I haven't added a greeting to this card yet so I can choose one when it is needed

The DSP is from Birthday Bash and Painted Blooms. The sentiment is from the Lotus Blossom stamp set.

the greeting here is from Guy Greetings

The blossom is from Indescribable Gift

I'm doing well this year as it is only just over a month and I have posted more than I did all of last year. Now I just need to keep it up.
